Protein Packed Faux Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp. Splenda (+/- to taste)
  • 2 oz. Neufchatel Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Cinnamon to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Blend or mix well and cook as you would regular pancake batter.
Top with Walden Farms brand sugar free/carb-free pancake syrup or with your favorite Toroni Sugar-Free Syrup.

Total: 2 L, 2 SL

TIPS: Double or triple the recipe as they freeze well for future use.
