Ingredients
- 3 slices of bacon
- 3 Tablespoon of butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 medium to large head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh pepper
- pinch of sugar

Step 1
1. Chop up the bacon.
2. Put the bacon and butter into a large pot over medium heat.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cabbage, onion, and sugar to the pot.
6. Stir continuously for 5 minutes, until the cabbage reaches the desired tenderness.
