Crab Meat on Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 tub Crab Meat
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large shallot
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 TB fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Sautee shallot in olive oil, white wine, and lemon juice until tender. Add garlic and sautee for 5 minutes. Add crabmeat and sautee for 10 to 15 minutes on low heat. Add parsley and serve.
