  • CRUST:
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 grams margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams flour
  • FILLING: 2 packages (500 gram) sour cream
  • 1 package (6 serving) vanilla pudding pie filling
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Step 1

Work together the flour, margarine and sugar, then add the egg, baking powder and the vanilla. Roll out dough and place in pie plate.
Mix ingredients in a bowl with a fork, and pour over crust. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 1 hour or until nicely coloured.
