Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 500 grams flour
  • 200 grams icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Milk
  • 250 grams margarine
  • 1/2 cup graham wafer crumbs
  • 2 tbsp rum extract
  • 1 heaping tsp baking powder
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder and margarine, add egg and rum. Use enough milk to work into a soft dough mixture. Roll out to 1 inch thickness and place in the bottom of a pan. Sprinkle with graham wafer crumbs. Add blueberries on top (PLUMS CAn ALSO BE USED AS A FRUIT TOPPING )
Mix topping ingredients and spread over blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. KEEPS WELL FROZEN.
