  • Crust : 150 grams flour
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Vanilla flavouring
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, margarine and sugar. Then add egg, baking powder and vanilla flavouring. Mix and then roll our and place in a pie plate.

Filling : 1 kg sour cream (two 500 gram Packages)
1 package (six serving) vanilla pudding pie filling (not instant)
3 tbsp sugar Mix above ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 300 F for 45 minutes.
