Spinich Soup Oriental

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 lb fresh spinich
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/4 soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken in water until tender.

Cut stems off mushrooms and set aside. Slice round heads.

Rinse spinich and remove stems, drain.

Reserve chicken broth, skin and debone chicken, cut into bite sz pieces.

Add evrything back to broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
