Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp sage

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake 20 minutes @ 350 degrees. SAUCE: Saute 1/2 cup chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of butter. Add 1 cup ketchup, 1 cup ground cranberries, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon dry mustard, 3 tablespoons vinegar and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes. Combine with meatballs and bake 20 minutes longer. May be simmered in crock pot.
