Ingredients
- Optional:
- 14 oz (4 1/2 cups) sweetened coconut
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 egg whites, beaten until stiff peaks form
- Melted chocolate icing (Choc. Chips & butter)

Preparation
Step 1
Heavily grease/spray cookie sheet. Heat oven to 325/350 degrees. Mix ingredients in bowl and form into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Cookies will not spread while baking. Bake 10-20 minutes. Be careful not to burn bottoms, though top and bottom should be toasted. Dip in melted chocolate when cooled.
