- Red Peppers
- Garlic Bulb-roasted
- salt
- Accent
- olive oil
- crispy bread

Preparation
Step 1
Roast garlic- cut top off, place on a sheet of foil, add olive oil, seal foil. roast at 250 for an hour
Cut peppers into 4 pieces.
Put foil on cookie sheet, lay peppers out.
Keep turning until you hear snapping and they look slightly black and roasted.
Put in plastic bowl with lid and shake. repeat until cool, and skin peppers and remove any seeds. Cut into smaller strips if you like.
Put in glass bowl add roasted garlic, olive oil, salt and accent.
Serve with fresh crispy bread.
