Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 stick butter
• 1 t. vanilla
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1/3 c. flour
• 2/3 c. melted butter
• 1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix potato ingredients and place in a casserole dish.

Place top over all and bake at 350 for 50 min.
