Chocolate covered bacon

Ingredients
- 2 lbs thick sliced bacon
- 1 lb high quality dark chocolate, min 70 o/o cocoa
- 4 tbsp butter or ghee
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon and pat dry.
Melt chocolate with butter, careful not to burn
Dip edge or whole strip of bacon in chocolate
Place on cooling rack over foil or parchment paper
For about 2 hours until chocolate hardens
Optional, cut into bite size pieces
Store in container in refigerator.
