Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. pork loin roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 C. water or stock
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can mushrooms, drained (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Brown roast on both sides in 2 T. olive oil. Mix together all other ingredients and place in crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat falls apart easily. Time will vary depending on crock pot.
Serve with mashed potatoes, egg noodles or rice.
