  • I Cup Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp of melted Butter

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar and salt
Add the eggs, milk and whisk together until well blended. Add the vanilla and the melted butter and mix well. Your batter is now ready for cooking.
Add a little oil or butter in a hot pan and use a ladle to spread some of the batter in the pan and cook until golden brown, remembering to flip the pancake to cook both sides.
Serve with maple syrup...warm it up for added flavor.
