Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup chopped blanched almonds
- 1/2 bag white chocolate chips
- Cinnamon and sugar,for sprinkling
- 1/2 bar baking chocolate for decorating
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix sugar,eggs,oil, and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder. Stir in almonds and chocolate chips.
3. Divide dough into 4 mounds. Liberally sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 25 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Slice and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar again. Return to oven for 10 more minutes.
5. Melt chocolate and dip ends in. Cool.
