Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Filling

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix pumpkin, water, oil and eggs together. Pour into dry mixture and mix well. Pour into the Bread Machine and cook on Batter Bread/Cake setting.

Pour into a 9" x 5" x 3" greased loaf pan. Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean. Cool before removing from pan.
