Ingredients
- 4 tbsp grated horseradish plus additional for garnish
- 1 tbsp tabasco sauce plus additional for garnish
- 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp celery salt-optional
- 15 grinds black pepper
- 1 1/2 qts. tomato juice - 48 oz can or bottle
- juice of 1 lemon or lime
- up to 2 oz per serving of vodka
- celery- trimmed to 6 inch lengths for garnish
- lemon or lime wedges for garnish

Step 1
combine horseradish, tabasco, worchestershire sauce, celery salt, pepper and tomato juice in a pitcher and stir well. chill in fridge until ready to make the drinks
just before serving, add the juice of 1/2 lemon or lime and stir. taste and add more citrus as necessary.
to serve, fill glass with ice , add up to 2 oz vodka and top with the bloody mary base. serve with a trimmed celery stalk. have additional horseradish, tabasco and lemon or lime wedges available to guests who want additional seasoning added to their drink
