Turkey BLT on toasted Ciabatta with avocado and Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1 small loaf italian Ciabatta Bread
  • 6 slices Roasted Turkey from deli
  • 6 slices Turkey Bacon
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2-3 thick slices fresh Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 medium tomato sliced
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
  • Olive Oil for Brushing
  • Balsamic Vinegar for Drizzling
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Step 1

Cut Ciabatta bread into 2 sandwich size pieces, then split each piece in half by cutting horizontally. Brush olive oil on inside of each piece and sprinkle lightly with salt. Toast bread until crunchy and edges are browned. set aside.

Place Turkey bacon slices on paper towels and microwave 2:30-3 minutes until very crispy but not burnt. Meanwhile cut 4-6 avocado slices and 2 thick slices of the fresh mozzarella. Thinly slice tomato and set all ingredients aside.

Drizzle light amount of Balsamic Vinegar on top side of the Toasted Ciabatta. Layer the Deli Turkey on bread, followed by the cooked turkey bacon, avocado, mozzarella, tomato, and finally the baby spinach. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Scrunch sandwich down and serve.
