Macaroni and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cottage cheese
  • 8 ounce Sour cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cups Cheddar ; sharp, shredded
  • 8 ounce Elbow Macaroni Noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir in cooked macaroni. Spoon into a lightly greased 2 quart dish and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
