Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mild white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 thick slices bacon
  • 6 italian ciabatta bread or other rustic breat,toasted
  • 1/2 lb roasted turkey breast
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Step 1

in a 2 qt. pan melt butter over medium heat. add flour and cook mixture, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. add milk and continue to stir. increase heat to medium high and bring mixture to a boil. cook for 1 minute. remove sauce pan from heat amd whisk in cheeses, mustard, tabasco sauce and salt. cover and keep warm
cook bacon when cook crumble or coarsley chop
toast ciabatta. top with turkey, tomato slices. sprnkkle pepper and spoon cheese sauce on top. place the sandwiches under the broiler. cook until sauce begin to brown lightly- 2- 3 minutes. remove from oven. sprinkle with bacon and serve immediately
