Garlic chicken strips

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken strips
- Onion salt
- 1/4 stick margarine
- Oil
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 cup marsala wine
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- ground pepper
- 10 - 12 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 whole garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Flour and seasing the chicken strips in flour with garlic powder and garlic salt. Dredge in the flour mixture. Fry in mixture of margarine and oil with the whole garlic until chicken is golden brown. Drain excess oil, add chicken broth, wine and remaining ingredients and simmer covered for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
