Old Bay Oven Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Clean potatoes and cut into French fry sticks. Toss with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning and salt.

Spread potatoes in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Roast in a preheated 400F oven for 40 to 50 minutes (depending on size of sticks) until browned and crisp.

Substitute sweet potatoes; change baking time to about 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
