  • 1/2 medium carrot
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1/2 medium zucchini
  • 1 green chili pepper (or 1/4 green bell pepper)
  • 1 red chili pepper (or 1/4 red bell pepper)
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
