Sweet, creamy truffles! The traditional truffle starts with chocolate and heavy cream to make ganache centers, but we have recipes for even more flavors! Coat them with chocolate, cocoa powder, chopped hazelnuts or almonds, shredded coconut, sprinkles and more. You can mold them into fancy shapes, but the basic truffle is a hand-formed ball rolled or dipped into your chosen toppings.
