Tuesdays with Denise Woodward

I believe anything can be made at home as long as you have a little patience and time. All of my recipes are made using fresh and seasonal ingredients.  Here at Key Ingredient, I’ll be sharing recipes for delectable, beautifully seasoned dinners at home.  Slow-cooked meats, piping hot soups, and the occasional recipe passed down from my Spanish Basque family.  In addition to The Back Burner, you can find me and my recipes at Eat Boutique, the Mushroom Channel, Saveur.com, Foodies of the World, PBS and Fine Cooking.   I also create the recipes on the popular food blog Chez Us.  Saveur has featured Chez Us as one of 50 Food Blogs You Should Be Reading as well as one of the Sites They Love.  Be sure to read more about what I am cooking up over at Chez Us, follow me on Twitter @chezus and Like me on Facebook!

Wednesdays with Kathy Hester

I live in Durham, NC with two cats who would rather not live together, a cute dog with a belly rub addiction, my very own picky eater, and more slow cookers than any one person should own. So, it’s not surprising that my first cookbook is The Vegan Slow Cooker. I also write the blog Healthy Slow Cooking, teach cooking classes, develop recipes, and write freelance.  Every Wednesday, I’ll give you healthy, vegan (and sometimes gluten free) recipes that you can make with my favorite cooking companion, my slow cooker.  From oatmeal to pasta sauce, there’s nothing it can’t do!

Fridays with Greg Henry

I write the food blog Sippity Sup- Serious Fun Food, and contribute the Friday column on entertaining for The Back Burner at Key Ingredient. I’m active in the food blogging community, and you can often hear me speak at IFBC, Food Buzz Festival and Camp Blogaway. I’ve led cooking demonstrations in Panama & Costa Rica, and have traveled as far and wide as Norway to promote culinary travel. I’ve been featured in Food & Wine Magazine, Los Angeles Times, More Magazine, The Today Show Online and Saveur’s Best of the Web. I also co-host The Table Set podcast which can be downloaded on iTunes or at Homefries Podcast Network.  You can follow me on Twitter @SippitySup or @The TableSet, and find me on Facebook.

Look for Greg’s upcoming cookbook from Ulysses Press in November 2012! More info to come!
