Key Ingredient Corporation

Executive Team

David Goodman, CEO & Founder
Key Ingredient is David's third, and by far his favorite, start-up company. Wrapping community conversation, print-on-demand and syndication technology around recipe content taps several channels of his experience and passion. His previous company, Stitch Networks, developed distributed telemetry, marketing and payment services and was acquired by USA Technologies (NASDAQ: USAT) in 2002. His first company, Swfte International, was a consumer software publisher and a 3-time Inc. 500 winner. Swfte was acquired by Expert Software, now Activision (NASDAQ: ATVI), in 1995. David earned his BA at Swarthmore College.

Jesse Lovelace, CTO
Prior to joining Key Ingredient, Jesse co-founded his first technology startup while working on his graduate degree at NC State University. In 2004, Jesse received the Donald Bitzer Creativity Award from the NCSU Computer Science Department for creative achievement. Later that year Jesse co-founded TransLoc, Inc., a consumer-facing mass-transit vehicle tracking system in use at Harvard, Yale, Emory and others. Jesse is actively involved in open-source development, including the newly released Django framework, and has placed Key Ingredient at the forefront of the technology curve in web-based application development. Jesse earned his BS in Computer Science at NC State University.

Irwin Bransky, VP Sales & Marketing
Irwin Bransky has more than 20 years of business experience working in the fields of distribution, technology, marketing and business strategy. His company, First to Market, has successfully guided 3 recent start-ups: CompUSA TV Network, In Store Media Networks and Billy Jealousy. As the founder and CEO of Kenfil Inc., he helped grow the company to be the largest software only distributor and led the companies successful IPO in 1993. As President of Swfte International, after achieving revenue growth of over 120%, Irwin helped orchestrate the successful merger of the company with Expert Software. Irwin earned his BA and Masters of Commerce at University of Witwatersrand.
