  • 1/2 cup margarine; softened
  • 1/2 cup Crisco
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

*timing is very important*
1. in small sauce pan add flour to milk and bring to a light boil, stirring so it doesn't burn; take from heat and set aside.

2. Beat with electric mixer; margarine and Crisco for *4 minutes*

3. Add sugar and beat for *4 minutes*

4. Add flour, milk mixture and vanilla and beat for *3 minutes*

5. Add fluff and beat *1 minute*

refrigerate about 1/2 hour until frosting firms
