This wonderful sweet take on the classic hot chocolate will warm you up from the inside out.

This recipe serves (2) 1 cup servings, but could easily be doubled or tripled for a larger crowd.

  • 2 cups of milk (any kind-whole, skim, soy, lactose free, etc.)
  • 3/4 cup chopped white chocolate (white chocolate chips or vanilla almond bark work too)
  • favorite whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Pour milk into 1 1/2 quart crock pot. Turn to low and heat for 1 hour.

Add white chocolate and whisk together until completely melted.

Continue to heat on low for an additional 1 - 2 hours, whisking every 30 minutes to keep ingredients incorporated.

Serve in heatproof mugs and top with favorite whipped topping.
