These Burgers are simple Burgers with a Irish Flare and they are so good taste fresh off the grill even if done indoors
| 2 | pounds of Ground Beef or Sirloin |
| if you use the beef 80/20 is the best | |
| 1 | tbsp of Kosher salt |
| 1 | tbsp of Garlic salt |
| 2 | tbsp of Lea and Perins Worshkershire sauce |
| 3 | tbsp of Irish Whiskey |
| the Whiskey you can add more 3 is the easiest but ive had as many as 5 which is the best flavor but its sometimes difficult to stay formed |
mix the ingredients together and keep working it til its moist
make the burgers and put on the grill til done how you like it
pop a nice Guinness play some Wolf Tones and bring a lil peice of Ireland to your block enjoy!
