|½||cup unsalted butter, at room temperature|
|⅓||cup safflower oil|
Whip the butter until smooth and fluffy. Continue beating and gradually add the oil. Pour into a container, cover, and store in the refrigerator. Even when chilled, this butter will remain spreadable. Use it as an all-purpose spread and for sauteing.
