Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
- 1-1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- whipped cream or cream cheese frosting (optional)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat together eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugar.
Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 9x13" baking dish.
Bake for 30 min. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Top with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting.
