| 1½ | tsp constarch |
| 1 | C whole milk |
| 1 | T Butter |
| ¼ | C light cream |
| ½ | C Parmesean cheese grated |
| Dash Nutmeg |
In large saute pan melt butter and then whisk in cornstarch over medium heat until lightly thickened.
Add pasta ato sauce and toss. Add light cream, parmesean cheese, s & p nutmeg to taste.
Toss while on heat and allow to thicken more.
