Ingredients

  • 1 env unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 large onion quartered
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 1lb can salmon bones removed
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Soften gelatin with lemon juice. With steel blade in cuisinart, mince dill, add gelatin mix, mix in onion, and water, process until smooth. Add mayo, paprika, and salmon and blend until smooth. Use plastic blade and add sour cream until mixture is blended. Pour into oiled 4 cup mold and chill 4 hours.
