Ingredients

1 package vermicelli noodle - wai wai brand
1 tbsp of Tapioca or cornstarch
Hanh mo

Directions

1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 10 minutes 2. Let dry for 20 minutes 3. Coat vermicelli evenly with cornstarch with a sieve so noodle stay together 4. Add a thin layer of vermicelli on a splash mesh 5. Cover with a lid over a pan of steamed water for 2 minutes 6. Brush a plate with hanh mo and add a layer of vermicelli 7. Brush again with hanh mo
