Cinnamon Apple Cake
Ingredients

| 1 | stick margarine |
| ½ | cup oil |
| 2 | cups sugar |
| 3 | eggs |
| 2½ | cups flour |
| ½ | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1½ | tsp vanilla |
| 1 | can sliced pie apples (not pie filling) |
| 1 | cup chopped pecans |
| Glaze: | |
| 2 | cups powdered sugar |
| 4 | tbl fresh lemon juice |
Directions
Cake:
Cream the margarine, oil, sugar and eggs. Sift together flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon. Fold into the creamed mixture. Add vanilla, apples and pecans. Stir until blended. Bake at 325 degrees F for 50 min. in a 9×13 baking pan or in mini fluted pans (decrease time to 20-25 min for smaller pans).
Glaze:
Combine powdered sugar and lemon and pour over cake while cake is still warm.
