| 1 | c boiling water |
| 1 | 3oz pkg raspberry or strawberry jello |
| ¾ | c cold water |
| ¼ | tsp finely shredded lemon peel |
| 2 | T lemon juice |
| ¾ | c fresh raspberries or sliced stawberries |
| ¾ | c blueberries or blackberries |
| ⅔ | c whipping cream |
| 4 | oz cream cheese |
| ⅓ | c p sugar |
| ¼ | c chopped nuts. toasted |
Stir boiling water into jello for 2 minutes until dissolved. Stir in cold water and lemon juice. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Stir in berries and pour into a greased 8×8 pan. Chill until firm.
Beat whipping crea, until soft peaks.Add cr4eam cheese and p sugar/ beat until fluffly. Stir in lemon peel
Carefully spread over jello mix to edges. cover and chill at 6 hours up to 24.
Sprinkle with nuts and cut in 9 squares just before serving
