Ingredients

  • What you need is:
  • 3 Cans of drained and chopped artichoke hearts
  • 2 Cups finely shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1 1\2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 Finely chopped yellow or green pepper
  • 1 Medium fresh banana pepper chopped or a 1/2 of a jar of banana peppers
  • 6 Cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons of cumin
  • Pita ,tortilla chips or crackers for dipping

Pre heat over to 400
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Transfer to a baking dish
Bake for 30 Minutes
