Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 12 oz bag of frozen shelled edamame
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Step 1
Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Cook edamame until tender, about five minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Rinse edamame under cool water.
In your food processor, add all ingredients and puree until desired consistency. Taste and season with any additional salt and pepper, if desired.
Cover and chill at least one hour.
Serve with some pita chips, or pita bread.
