Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) can solo almond filling
- 1 cup butter, soft
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 egg yolks

Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter, almond filling, sugar and egg yolks. Add flour. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add mixture and fold in. Divide into 3 equal parts- one red, one green and one plain.
Spread evenly in pans. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350°F until edges are brown.
Put raspberry jam and apricot on the layers and make a tri-color cake.
