|½||cup finely chopped tomato|
|½||cup finely chopped carrot|
|3||tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese|

Place basil leaves on a serving plate.
Combine the tomato, carrot and mozzarella cheese; spoon into basil leaves.
