Asian Pork Bundles (appetizer) PRINT

|¼||c teriyaki sauce|
|1||clove garlic, minced|
|12||oz lean ground pork|
|1||red pepper, sliced|
|2||green onions, sliced|
In a medium bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, cornstarch and garlic, mix in pork until well combined. Let stand for 5 minutes.
In large nonstick skillet, stir-fry pork mixture and onion over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 min. or until no longer pink. Drain off fat if necessary.
For each serving, spread hoisin sauce over a lettuce leaf, top with about 1/4 c pork mixture, carrot, cucumber, red pepper and green onions. Roll up.
