Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 pkg Lipton's onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom (can also use chicken)
  • 1 bunch celery, cut into large pieces
  • 1 white onion, cut into large pieces
  • 6-10 new potatoes, quartered
  • 10-15 baby carrots
  • 1-2 tbs worchestershire sauce
  • Low-sodium Chicken stock (add enough to cover everything)
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place onions and some of the potatoes on the bottom of slow cooker. Place tenderloin on top of these, and add celery, carrots, and rest of potatoes.

In a separate bowl, mix the soups & soup mix, worchestershire, and any other seasonings you would like to add. Transfer to slow cooker.

Add enough chicken stock to make sure everything is covered. You can also just use water, but I like the extra flavor of stock.

Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or on LOW for 7-8 hours. Meat will be tender enough to fall apart when done.
