Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 4 eggs
  • Glaze
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp Bailey's

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, vodka, Baileys and eggs in a bowl and beat until smooth. 2. Pour into a greased 10 inch bundt pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until done. 4. Allow to cool and remove from pan. 5. Whisk together the Baileys and powdered sugar for the glaze and drizzle over the top of the cake.
