
| 1 | bunch of asparagus cut up |
| 1 | large green bell pepper, seeded and cut |
| ½ | red onion, sliced |
| 15 | cherry tomatoes (I used yellow tomatoes here) |
| 2 | cups spinach |
| Juice of one lemon | |
| 1½ | T. Paula Dean's Silly Salt (if you don't have this use some garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper) |
Place all veggies except spinach in a steamer. Juice with lemon and add seasoning. Stir, cover and cook for about 5-8 minutes. Add spinach, stir and cook for about 1 more minute.
