Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 cp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pkg instant yeast
  • 200 ml. 1 percent milk*
  • 2 tbls olive oil*
  • 2 tsp sugar*
  • Mix milk,oil and sugar all in one mixing cup

Preparation

Step 1


On low speed, put flour, salt and yeast. Add milk misture. Turn to number 4 speed for a few minutes, then turn to speed 6 for 5 minutes. Once dough is smooth and taunt, flour board, knead, shape into ball. Put in greased bowl, cover with plastic, preheat oven to 200. Turn oven off and put plastic covered bowl in oven and proof for 30 min.
This makes two pizza’s, so use two regular 2 inch high cake pans. Spread 3 tbls olive oil in pans. Get dough, flour board, divide dough in half. Roll out each into 7 inch circles, drape up onto knuckles to help spread it, and pull into 9 and ½ inches. Lay into pans and pat to sides. Cover and put into warm place. Meanwhile, microwave pepperoni for 30 seconds to get rid of grease. Top with toppings of choice and bake on bottom oven rack at 400 for 20 min.
