| 5 | medium potatoes cut in half |
| (I suggest Yukon golds) | |
| 1.5 - 2 | lbs. boneless chicken pieces |
| 1 | Large yellow Onion, quartered |
| 12 | Cloves of garlic, minced |
| 1.5 | tsp dry oregano |
| 1/4 | tsp dry marjoram |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp ground pepper |
| Olive oil | |
| 1 | Lemon, sliced |
Place cut potatoes in bottom of crock pot.
Add chicken pieces, onions and garlic then seasoning.
Top with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon slices.
Cover, cook on low 10-12 hours or high 5-6 hours.
