peanut butter dip
Ingredients
| 4 | oz. reduced fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), room temperature |
| ½ | c. peanut butter |
| 2 to 3 | tbsp. milk |
| 2 | tsp. honey |
| Assorted dippers such as celery and carrot sticks, peeled jicama sticks and apple wedges. |
Directions
Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add peanut butter, milk and honey. Beat until well-combined and smooth. Chill before serving, if desired. Serve with assorted dippers.
