peanut butter dip

Ingredients

4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), room temperature
½ c. peanut butter
2 to 3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. honey
Assorted dippers such as celery and carrot sticks, peeled jicama sticks and apple wedges.

Directions

Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add peanut butter, milk and honey. Beat until well-combined and smooth. Chill before serving, if desired. Serve with assorted dippers.
