Gazpacho

Ingredients
- 6 C tomato juice (or 1 of the big cans of tomato juice found in the juice aisle)
- 4 cubes of beef bouillon
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, unpared & diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 yellow onion, diced
- 8 T wine vinegar
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t salt
- 12 drops of Tabasco (more to taste if you want)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat juice in a large stock pot to boiling.
2. Add bouillion cubes, stirring until diluted.
3. Turn off the heat, but leave the pot on the stove & add all remaining ingredients.
4. Once cooled, transfer to a tupperware or bowl and refrigerate. Serve cold (preferrably with some tortilla chips and a cold white wine!).
