|8-10||banana or Hungarian peppers|
|3- 8oz. pkgs softened cream cheese|
|1||cup shredded mozzarella cheese|
|¼||cup grated Parmesan cheese|
|French bread, baguette slices or crackers|

Wear gloves when handling the peppers! Poke peppers and microwave for 3 minutes. When cool, seed and chop. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella and parm cheese. Add peppers last. Press into 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with French bread, baguette slices or crackers.
