TACO PIE BAKE

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 LB hamburger
• 1 or 2 envelope taco seasoning
• 2 cups shredded taco cheese
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup bisquick
• 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Make taco meat according to seasoning directions, let cool
2. Spread taco meat on the bottom of a greased cake pan, sprinkle cheese on top. Set aside
In a bowl mix…
2 cups milk
1-cup bisquick
4 eggs
(Mixture will be runny)
3. Pour over taco meat and cheese. Bake @400 for about an hour until bisquick is set
